Nancy has over 25 years of experience working with individuals and couples with a strong emphasis in relationship management. She has extensive experience working with individuals and groups in the areas of effective conflict management, improved interpersonal relationships, healthy communication patterns, appropriate boundary setting and personality management.
Nancy believes that being engaged in healthy relationships is a key to vital living. She understands it begins with a deeper sense of self-awareness and extends into the relationship one has with family friends, and co-workers. She focuses her work on helping people live from a more holistic perspective—body, mind, spirit and community.
As the director of SamaraCare’s consulting services, Nancy works extensively with leaders, teams and organizations to help them achieve higher levels of effectiveness and vitality. She provides coaching services to leaders, teams and organizations in the areas of leadership development, stress management, life balance and improved overall effectiveness.
Nancy is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master of Science degree in counseling and guidance from Indiana University, South Bend, IN and is currently a PhD. candidate in Values-Driven Leadership at Benedictine University. She is also a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and has received extensive training in organizational development.
