Kate works with adults and older adults. She specializes in the areas of depression and anxiety, as will as life transitions such of divorce, grief and aging. She has extensive experience working with older adults, caregivers and family members.

Kate believes that healing and growth take place best in an accepting and non-judgmental atmosphere where clients are free to explore current issues and stressors as well as make peace with past experiences. She works with clients to find deeper meaning in their lives by being more connected to themselves and their relationships.

Kate earned a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology and an M.A. in religious studies from Mundelein College. She is certified in gerontology by the Illinois Psychological Association.

Kate enjoys exploring life through travel, music, and relaxing with family and friends.

Kate sees clients in Wilmette and via telehealth.

Kate accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Medicare PPO, and United Behavioral Health PPO.
