Class from morning till afternoon, then extracurriculars, then homework, then house-hold duties, then trying to maintain friendships/ relationships, the list goes on and on. School is back in session and so is feeling overwhelmed and stretched thin. How does one balance it all?
Daniella is aiding students, ages 12-24 with working on life vs school balance. Daniella has a strong focus on aiding individuals to create a sense of routine to help manage daily stressors. In addition, there is an emphasis on building a better relationship with time. Time seems to be many people’s enemy; from sleep revenge, all night-ers, running out of time, having to be at two places at once, etc. Having a better understanding of how one values, balances, and processes time makes for stronger/ maintainable routines.
In addition to balancing time management, Daniella also aids individuals with guilt / negative emotions that may come up from having to take things off their plate. It is okay to not be able to get to everything you wanted to. Accepting that there are things that you may have to hold off on can be difficult. Daniella helps work through those uncomfortable emotions to build confidence in one self and set realistic expectations so that stress levels decrease.
Daniella had aided many students trying to navigate life and expectations of self, school, and home. Some particular clients Daniella has seen in the past were struggling with comparing themselves to peers and what they were able to accomplish and feeling like they were not doing enough and had to push themselves harder even though they were at their burnout point. Daniella helped these students recognize that their accomplishments were not diminished due to someone else having one more thing on their list than them. With that being said, Daniella helped these students recognize their self worth, set realistic expectations, and develop coping mechanisms that help with stress management and burnout anxiety.
If you are struggling with daily stressors and feeling like you are drowning, Daniella is accepting new clients and is available to help you navigate life’s hardships.
